You will struggle, become addicted to drugs, lose friends, gain sobriety, grow stronger, and be the happiest you've ever been. Even through the struggles.

 Be yourself. Don't be what you think people want you to be.

 Don't pick up the thumb tack... If you do, you'll go to sharper things and you'll get desperate enough to destroy a razor just for a quick fix. The scars, stress, and lies arent worth it. Be strong, I know your mind is telling you stuff, dont listen. You're beautiful, strong, and you're not alone.

 Always choose the positive and the happy take on things. Dark and angry is really not cool as they might have you believe. The people who hurt you, forgive them. And I know you don't, but seriously listen to mom. I don't know how she does it, but the woman is always right! Happiness is a choice ok.

 Kick the habit, please.

 those brownies, cookies, chocolate, and crisps won't heal the hurt inside you but they will lead to even more problems when you decide you don't want to be fat anymore. Tell your mom what happened and hopefully she will find you a therapist and you can avoid the heart brake that came form being 15.
