Just because everyone else around you is skinny does not mean you need to be too. There are actual things that matter after you grow up.

 You can't fix him, but he can break you. If you leave, it won't break him; it will give him the motivation to fix himself. Trust me, it's best for everyone.

 If you fall in love with him, just realize that it will never be reciprocated. And watch your back; the girl you think is your friend is waiting to tear you down. Be strong. I love you.

 Don't take the simplicity of life for granted.

 Take risks, have fun, but don't be stupid.

 Let the guys chase you, don't worry you find a keeper!

 Don't let yourself fall in love with who you wish he could be. Don't settle for how he treats you. There's better guys out there. Just wait and see.

 Stop thinking that everyone is out to get you. They're not. And your life really isn't that bad. I promise it gets better:)
